About Kim

Let’s get to know one another. I have lived for over 26 years in west Cobb County, Georgia, where my two children grew up and attended our wonderful local public schools for grades K-12. I stay actively involved in local community and business events. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Cobb Association of Realtors. 

Having over three decades of business experience in sales, marketing, business development, and technological innovation. I am a respected leader in our local real estate industry. I am a part of the Platinum Producer Circle and have been awarded the Agent of the Year with Maximum One Community Realtors. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club with Cobb Association of Realtors for consecutive years. I am licensed in Georgia and Florida.

Through the years, I have cultivated a highly effective skill set, including property valuation, negotiation, strategy, communication, and a contract writing.
